Did anyone else find Rory Gilmore to be increasingly insufferable during the Gilmore Girls, and eventually A Year in the Life? Regardless of the fact that she grew up daughter of a single mother, I see her as the embodiment of white privilege. Simply put, her life was charmed.
I am not posting about Rory Gilmore’s style; I am posting about Paris Geller’s. Though her character likely was too focused on academics and extracurricular activities to mind style, it was always on point. When you think about it, it was only natural she was as detail-oriented to her sartorial choices as she was to everything Chilton and later, Yale. And even more so during the Netflix revival. Who can forget the empty briefcase?
Also, Paris Geller would have gotten into Harvard over Rory Gilmore.
