The second I saw this one hundred percent cashmere dress was available in tall size range, I decided both colorways needed to be mine, mine, mine! But first, they both sold out in my size. Large tall, if you just need to know.
Look, there are an eff ton of sweater dresses available on the market right now. The majority of them are made of some garbage sure-to-disintegrate-in-the-wash synthetic blend, most frequently acrylic-poly-forward. There are less sweater dresses made of cotton or even merino wool. Cashmere sweater dresses are fewer and farther between. Factor in the tall size range requirement, and the selection has been weeded out even more. In survival of the fittest sweater dresses, this one was endgame for me.
Which is why once both color ways were restocked, I bought them on full price. And the dress is worth the price, even if it wiped my monthly clothing budget. The quality is fantastic, as is the fit. It just looks rich, both the black and the fawn brown shade.

I actually purchased the J.Crew Warwick coat last autumn while I was in my second trimester, with a belly out to….there. I was not delusional; I knew I would not be able to wear the very structured coat that season. I also knew that I would regret not purchasing it because J.Crew just does not produce outerwear in the tall size range the way they used to.
While this coat is sold out in this juicy hue and in tall size range, neutral shades (charcoal, black, navy) are available in regular size range and marked down, no less! It is one hundo p worth bookmarking and revisiting in an effort to find a preferred size and shade.
