last…

Lately, I have been scouring eBay for vintage Lilly Pulitzer, Vineyard Vines, and Brooks Brothers. While I love the products the these brands release brand spanking new, shopping the secondary market is the best way to set yourself apart from every other blogger out there who is wearing the latest and greatest in each of the lines, while still indulging in the resort and preppy style aesthetic. This is why I will never throw out my early 2000s Vineyard Vines prints or my 50th anniversary Lilly Pulitzer shift.

Especially as the latter is celebrating it’s 60th anniversary right now. Who is the die hard OG fan now?!

I scored a patchwork Lilly Pulitzer circa the mid 1990s period, and a lemon / lime patterned caftan and butter print shift, both circa 1960s. Shame on me for shopping. High five for shopping the secondary market.

I am coveting a few more Lilly dresses via eBay. Do me a favor and buy some of these {go up a size because the 1960s through 1980s styles run small} before I get a chance:
