Fit-my e-ring again-ness 17

The temperature in Kazakhstan has been heating up and as such, we have been spending a lot of time in the park. I have consistently logged over ten thousand steps a day. Additionally, when the Pamper Pirate does not want to spend any more time in his chariot or decides he simply cannot walk another step, I end up carrying my toddler and pushing the Uppababy Vista. This is in addition to the daily weight workout.

I went back to yoga last week. I always wonder why I don’t go more often, and the answer always comes back to my husband’s ability to shift his lunch break to take the Pamper Pirate. With two opportunities to achieve zen a week, I am going to try to better coordinate with my husband so I can attend class.

I want to do another challenge for the month of June. A reminder: I did push-ups in February and planks in March. The stateside vacation threw off my plans for April and May, but now I need to make a June plan.

Wall sits? Sit ups? Squats? Planks, part two? Stay tuned next week for the next challenge.
