Now that Independence Day has passed, I am opting to go the rest of July (into the first week of August) sans alcohol. Not that I drink to hangover and these days it is often a single cocktail a night, but I want to be as clear headed as possible. Aside from it being a healthy decision, I have a ton of work at my 9 to 5 and I am taking on a few bigger projects with the blog.
When it is all over, I will absolutely celebrate with a dry gin martini.

My grad school group chat just finished the first week of a tricep dip challenge. We will be working our way to 50 dips. While we are still in the single and low double digits, I have been repeating past days in addition to the amount assigned on said day. Because tricep dips have been a part of my workouts this year, I feel like I need to make the first week more challenging.
In addition to the monthly challenge, I incorporate past monthly challenges in my near-daily workout routine. I always do a two minute plank, or longer and broken into more plank, and thirty incline push-ups.
