My E-ring Fits Again! 40

I think I have to retire outdoor running for the remainder of the year. For the rest of 2022, I am exclusively a treadmill runner.

I am keeping up with the plank challenge. This week that meant making up for the long weekend on the following Monday with two two minute planks and two two minute twenty second planks. Forcing myself to up the time on two of the planks was punishment to myself for forgetting.

I think that struggle will help me remember!
