I am so happy that I finally clicked order on this dress.
the j.crew baird mcnutt linen shirtdress
I wavered about ordering this dress for entirely too long. I am so happy that I did, and only after getting the green light from my husband, who also has several J.Crew x Baird McNutt shirts in his weekly rotation now that it is summer. As my summer wardrobe is currently held up elsewhere, I needed a few items to do both work and weekend duty. A linen shirtdress can handle both roles with grace and aplomb.
This linen dress is available in tall (standard and petite too, obviously) and as it is oversized, I chose a medium. The cut is conservative and the cuffs are sewn down, but it was made more work appropriate by wearing the slip from the dress in this post beneath it.
the roller rabbit x lele sadoughi headband
I found the collaboration between Roller Rabbit and Lele Sadoughi entirely too late but even after I did find it, I still paused before purchasing three of the headbands, this being one of them. At the markdown price of 99 dollars a pop, it was still too pricey per headband. Rather, I waited until even that price was reduced before pulling the trigger.
I could not pick a favorite but this one made it out of the apartment first.
