Despite what my digital footprint would have you believe, I have not stopped going to Barry’s classes throughout my pregnancy. I try to make at least eight classes a month, which is admittedly a downgrade from the monthly quantity of classes that I used to rack up.
I either do double floor, on arm, chest, or upper body days, or I use my time on the treadmill to walk on a steep incline as opposed to the prescribed running and sprinting, on total body, lower body, or “ass” (Barry’s term, not mine!) day. My bladder just could not manage to hold it in. Since Philadelphia – or the Philadelphia that I live in and walk in – is so flat, I find the incline to be a challenge without pushing myself too aggressively.

Looking good, mama!
Thanks, Kathleen!
