Last week was Hell Week at Barry’s. I do not recall Barry’s holding Hell Week last year so this was new to me. It is a week-long challenge with the goal of finishing seven classes. There is the option to do one class a day of course, or even multiple classes a day and wrap it up early.

I prepared for Hell Week by picking out my workout outfits for the week. As I wear different types of outfits for double floor and floor and tread classes, I wanted to plan ahead and prevent myself from making any excuses. For tread classes, I wear a more supportive sports bra and leggings or shorts that have a drawstring waist and a pocket that I can secure my phone in, in order for my phone to be able to track my steps. On the other hand, I can wear my beloved Align Leggings to the double floor classes as they are more weights-based or band-based. I like to take a floor and tread place on lower body, total body, and Ass and Abs classes. On the other hand, I like to take a double floor place on upper body, Chest and Abs, and Arms and Abs classes.



I went the one class a day option, because you know, I am not completely crazy. In exchange for finishing Hell Week, I got a 30 dollar online retail gift card from the Barry’s Shop and 700 stars in The Academy, the Barry’s loyalty program.
