Only an audio book this month as my time is at a premium…
I so very enjoyed listening to How Do I Un-Remember This: Unfortunately True Stories by Danny Pellegrino for the second time. In lieu of podcasts, the book kept me company during my walks across the city to Barry’s and my nightly kitchen clean up. I actually looked forward to the latter as a chance to indulge in Danny’s anecdotes about growing up closeted in the Midwest and out on the West Coast.
On more than one occasion did I dissolve into giggles in response to Danny’s recounting of any one of his unfortunately true stories. I particularly enjoyed his multiple part story about his family’s vacation, getting there and the requisite time share tour. His name checking of all of the fabulous women of The View and Stick Stickly also killed me. All this is to say that the book is hilarious and I recommend listening to it!
