While I love Emilia Wickstead prints of the floral variety, I am super picky about the fabrics and refuse to drop a stack on a polyester dress. This one is cotton, as are the other Emilia Wickstead pieces I own.
I bought my first dress from Maxwell and Geraldine during the July 4th sale. I have wanted the green and white striped dress for awhile, but it has been sold out in every size sans large. In these smocked styles, I tend to need a medium. Size intel-wise, I am glad I held out for the medium in the Maxwell and Geraldine Brooke Dress. I can see the bottom half of the large having way too much fabric for me.
The sizing on the Emilia Wickstead Ariadne Dress was comparable to that of the Emilia Wickstead Mona Dress. Consistent sizing is the best.
