I made it to Barry’s thrice last week. The more consistent exercising has made it easier for me to go for the heavier weights. I went really hard with fifteen pound weights for when the set called for medium and twenty pound weights for when the set called for heavy weights. While I was working out, especially on Monday Arm Day, I suspected that I was going to be hurtin’ for certain the next morning. False!
I think that is cue for me to keep pulling weights from the back of the room, no?
