I know I am trying to minimize purchases, but dang if there is not a great selection out there right now for the taller than average woman. As I have seen tall size selections diminish throughout the years, I want to strike order while the iron is hot. All four of the items I ordered for myself are available in tall. It is a Christmas miracle! I went for items in green, as I love wearing the shade in the springtime.
This is my size intel: a ten tall in the striped shirt (I could go up a size but my stomach is just going through a thick phase), twelve long in the green skirt (it has an elastic back), fourteen tall in the velvet dress (love the length), and a large tall in the silk gown (I teeter on needing to go up a size). Finally I picked a large in the belt, which is too large but adjustable. The quality is great across the board. I think I am most impressed with the silk gown; it looks like it cost exponentially more than I paid for it.
As for the guys, I picked up socks for my husband and Petite Garçon, as well as the cutest pair of velvet loafers for the latter. His feet are growing so dang quickly, while I know the shoes are too big now, I don’t want to be caught without a pair when his feet eventually hit this size.
