Five Inside 60 (40)

I have not set aside this level of time for exercising since before I had children, probably before my wedding. Alas that is the case when finding yourself with several use it or lose it fitness classes.

I am starting to dread going to yoga less and less. Not that I dreaded it, dreaded it. My body was just really tight due to reintroducing running and the Barry’s classes and that made yoga a bit more challenging to get through. However, by Tuesday of this week, I started to enjoy the chatarunga flow sequences of the sculpt class. Granted there were only about five of them in this class, but the scarcity allowed me to relish in it.

I need to better appreciate everything I have an abundance of, chatarunga sequences, yoga classes, and all.
