what had to be returned and why
I had to return all four size and color options of this linen mini dress from Banana Republic Factory Store. And I mean mini. I would have never been able to get away with this dress at the office and nor would I want to even try.
what I loved and kept
My favorite pieces from my J.Crew order are the linen shirt dresses, one in black and one in flax. Note that while the black comes unlined, the natural comes with a slip that can be attached to the outer dress by way of interior snaps at the shoulders. I am less into the black and the green stripe smocked waist cotton poplin dresses, but they are easy enough to slip into. Finally, I bought the white smocked cotton poplin dress on final sale; however the white is slightly sheer but a slip will fix it.
