Work felt more demanding this week and as such, I skipped the gym, but strictly on the days that I was not scheduled for a fitness class.
Moral of the story: register for the damn class.
I have to share that the Thursday evening Pilates instructor was ever-so-helpful in switching out the gears and settings on my reformer to accommodate my height. Moving the bar that the springs attach to and bringing in the peg at the side allowed for a more manageable class.
