Fitting Into My Rings (12)

It is really easy for me to make excuses for not doing my, often planned out in advance, several times weekly exercise. Overloaded with work from my 9-to-5, overloaded with work from my podcast, not getting enough sleep, you know the drill.

I find that starting my day off with an outfit, or a portion of an outfit, that I can wear for my workout helps me make it to my workout. At my office, not even a block away from my gym, I am nearly there, physically, already. Lessen the time I have to spend in the locker room by wearing part of my workout outfit, and I am basically already finished with my workout.

…Right?
