Frances Valentine and J.McLaughlin teamed up for a fun footwear collection. The purveyors of eclectic kitschy mod and classic style relatively recently released a selection of nine options that are merchandised from block heels to decorative heels, from low to high heights. The footwear collaboration includes full footed pumps, slingbacks, mules, and strappy sandals. There is something for summer in the office; there is something for a summertime night out.
While I love the bejeweled and the beaded styles, each have something special under the soles. One of my favorite features of these shoes is the heel on the Kiki Gem Heels (also here, here, and here), Kiki Heart Heels (also here), and the Venus Palm Tree Heels. The geometric heel detail is a sphere stacked atop a cylinder.
Several of the styles are available in multiple colors. The raffia mules are available with either pink or green trim. The slingback is available in pink, green, navy, or gold. The sculptural front detail sandal is available in natural and black. Finally the Kiki Heart Heels are available in pink, black, or red. Note that Francis Valentine offers a more complete selection of colorways. I will say that all of the retailers seem to be stocking the line in whole and half sizes from six to eleven.

Will I be buying a pair? Nah, probably not. I do not know how the Francis Valentine shoes fit and I already have enough pairs of shoes in my closet.
