Several weekends ago, my husband requested that we make a stop at the Walnut Street New Balance store post-brunch with the kids. He has come to the end of the road with his Reeboks and wanted a replacement. Cut to him trying on about a half dozen pairs of shoes of the gray dad-style variety. Eventually he landed on the 993 style, Made in the USA.

In the past five years, Gap has licensed the art of Charles Schulz and Keith Haring to incorporate into their product. once the brand added Basquiat into that lineup, I bought my husband this tee shirt to slum around in, in the same way I do Keith Haring.
He does not wear his nearly as often as I do though so when I am reminded that he does in fact own this, it is a pleasant surprise.
