Ledges Hotel, Part IV

for part I…

for part II…

for part III…

While we were in the Poconos, the husband and I visited the Hawley Silk Mill, which houses many local businesses, and the Cocoon Coffeehouse. Both of which are located only a few yards up the road from Ledges Hotel. Like Ledges Hotel, the Hawley Silk Mill was adapted from a former silk factory into several vendor areas: a food market, pilates studio, spin studio, a hair salon, a clothing boutique, and an interior design store and studio.

After meandering through the Hawley Silk Mill, my husband and I visited the Cocoon Coffeehouse where we each ordered a hot mulled wine. Upon trying to pay for it, the team member informed us that a patron who had visiting the Cocoon Coffeehouse much earlier in the day, paid it forward for the every future guest of that day.

Resolution for 2019: Pay it forward in this manner more often.

Sincerest thanks to Ledges Hotel for sponsoring my stay.
