I reached a year-long weight low this week. While I celebrated the milestone, I was equally as thrilled when I was able to slip on my engagement ring, minimal struggle. It all depends on what I end up eating on any given day. A day of sodium-stacked food equates to not being able to easily wear the ring. I anticipate a few more weeks of conscious food choices and weight workouts will allow me to wear my engagement ring regardless of my meal selections.

Last week I mentioned that I was going to select my monthly fitness challenge. February was push-ups and March was planks. I opted to go with push-ups again, but a more challenging variation: one full push-up in the amount corresponding to the date. I will end up doing thirty push-ups on the last day of June. 💪🏻
