I ran thrice this week. In reverse chronological order, these are the guided runs from the NRC in which I indulged since last week:

I missed doing the tricep challenge over the weekend. Making up for the missed sets in addition to the assigned set of the day was brutal. The assigned set of the day alone was tough! My goal for the rest of the week was to keep up with the daily set.
