Note this day on the calendar: I don’t frequently go monochromatic and even less so in all black.
the Vince striped cashmere fitted turtleneck
I bought this sweater with a credit at Shopbop. I am not sure if I would have kept it if it was not on final sale, due to the fact that it is more cropped than what I prefer.
Waste not, want not is a personal motto so I cracked a few options with which the sweater not only works, but thrives. Along with the vintage Gap leather skirt, I am thrilled with the combination of this sweater compliments the Frame Forever Karlie flares.
the Frame Forever Karlie denim
The Frame Forever Karlie denim were recently discontinued. Naturally, I chose this exact winter to wear them for the first time after owning them for over two years. Admittedly it is because they have never fitted the way I wanted them to. After nearly a year of lifting weights and starting to run again, they fit and I feel fab in them.
Inseam-wise, I can confidently say that the Karlie Flare jeans have at least a 36 inch inseam. I purchased the Karlie Flare jeans in black on LIKEtoKNOW.it Day 2020 as they were thirty percent off. I am so happy that I finally took the plunge. I am 6’2″ tall and the pair looks phenomenal with a two inch block heel.
Notes on the Karlie Flare fit if you can manage to find a pair: again, I found them to be extremely fitted through the thigh and have a higher rise. I went with a size 32. For those keeping track, I just had to return a pair of size 32 7 for All Mankind Dojo denim because they were just too big; the size 30 I exchanged them for fit like a dream.
