Spring Capsule Wardrobe II

All about I wore for a day of breakfasting, looking at homes, running errands, logging some work hours, and eating pizza.

the toteme striped sweater

I originally bought this sweater to wear on the plane from Kazakhstan to Washington DC. Anything I can comfortably wear across three continents (pit stop in Frankfurt), two flights, managing one toddler gets an A plus from me. This sweater was perfect to keeping me cozy while keeping the Pamper Pirate from bothering our cabin.

And today was no different. Again this sweater is just so cozy. Moreover, it’s primary fibers are natural: cotton and wool. At over four hundred dollars, the fabric should be of the utmost quality. No synthetic crap here, people.

I am a price per wear enthusiast and though it is going to take me awhile to get that number down, it is a sweater for which I frequently reach.

I am wearing this sweater in an extra large and as you can see, I could have gone down a size or two.

the cap toe block heels

I cannot pinpoint when it bought these; it was so long ago. I like that as opposed to the Chanel version, it is full footed rather than a slingback. Truth be told, I will likely purchase the slingback heels soon as my foot did not go back to its normal size post partum. While I can still fit my foot in the shoe and walk over seven thousand steps on concrete sidewalk in them, a half size larger would be a more comfortable fit.

I am wearing a size ten and post pregnancy could use a larger size, but they still accommodate my feet.
