I made big headway on the Barry’s United We Sprint Challenge this past week. As in, I attended class every day and landed at eighteen classes finished, two to go.
I took a tread starting place at all but one class, which was double floor. This has been a push for me, as even though I am a runner, I am not a sprinter. But this week I gave myself grace and allowed myself to start every run, push, or sprint at a 5 and from there increased every ten seconds, and eventually running faster than my original target.
Two more classes to go for finishing the challenge.
