The G. Label Cortes Dress tapped into a very specific nostalgia for several black and white pieces from Gap and Gap Factory that I wore during my senior year of high school. It is a grown up version of the side zip Gap stretch (OMG do you remember Gap stretch? It actually had Gap stretch in lowercase on the label, remember?) black and white capri pant and the back zip black and white mini skirt embellished with black seed beads. (I still own the latter; it is somewhere in my archives.)

I loved this dress when it arrived in the mail earlier this winter. Since then, I wonder if I initially tried it on with a bra because my undergarment did show at the underarms and slightly at the deep scoop neckline. (My go-to bra has not changed since then.) I am going to attempt to move past these design shortcomings by taking it to my local tailor, because I just love the dress so much.

Aside from the black and white print, I also love the front pocket detail. Rather than on seam side pockets, these pockets are on the front of the dress, at ten and two of you will, however they do not link up at the middle.

I am wearing a size twelve and I should have bought a size ten.

What can be said about the Hermès Oran Sandal that has not already been said on the internet? What will the Lucindervention contribution be?

Real talk: I had to go up an entire size from my post-pregnancy size which was an entire size from my pre-pregnancy size. That’s right, I went from a size ten shoe circa 2019 to a twelve for the Oran Sandal, though that is an outlier. My standard shoes size these days is an eleven.

Regarding the price, I cannot be the one who can tell you whether they will be worth it for you. I will say that you should never go into debt for a purchase that you don’t have a short term (as in between hours after purchase was made and before your next billing cycle) plan to pay off. I put these on my card with the best perks and turned around and paid that effer off just as soon as the purchase posted.
