Now that Barry’s Hell Week has come to a close, I needed to take a few rest days.
I was initially signed up for an eighth day, Arms & Abs, but thought better of it. I took two days off from working out after the seven day streak and jumped back in with a Chest & Abs lunch class. Peep those twenty pound weights!
Because to paraphrase Charlotte York-Goldenblatt, according to Parents magazine, you should be able to lift weight as heavy as your largest child, in case of an emergency.
My oldest is making gains, and so am I.
