I am only two classes away from finishing my Barry’s Birthday Challenge. Again, I chose the eight class option. (Also available are the twelve class and twenty class options.) I could have finished it up this week and potentially upgraded the challenge, but I have a five pack of yoga classes that I had to finish within two weeks.
Poor planning on my part to sign up for that during a Barry’s challenge.
Nevertheless, the bright side is that the classes, even the yoga sculpt class, is much more low intensity than Barry’s. Restorative even, which is ideal for taking several foot pounding, heart pumping classes in the a row. Lower intensity exercise is something that I probably should lean into and will once my Barry’s membership resets for the month of November.
Since my office is location closer to Barry’s than my house is, I am shooting to attend at least three classes a week. I will take either yoga or reformer pilates on the weekends. Balance!
