Looking back, I am riding a grayscale sartorial wave. And passing that onto my oldest.
I bought a maxi skirt that reminded me of what was super popular at the turn of the millennium, albeit in a faded black wash. I ordered three knits to go along with it and other bottoms I bought in the last few weeks. Both the skirt and the knits are available in tall, giraffes rejoice. I ordered the skirt in a size 14 tall, super necessary at the denim is beyond rigid. I ordered the knits each in an extra large tall, as they tend to get clingy.
Petite Garçon had a version of these joggers as a baby while we lived in Kazakhstan. They were so cozy back then so when I had to find a solution to wear over his shorts to soccer, I returned to the boys’ size in these joggers. Indeed two years later, Petite Garçon still enjoys these pants!
Lastly, a pair of backordered boxers that I ordered arrived nearly a month after the remaining items from the order. That puts me at (mentally counting) five pairs, exactly enough for home happy houring, dinner making, baby feeding for the entire workweek.
