I know have said this before, but this is the year I am going to actually buy fewer things. It is inevitable that the incoming tariffs are going to push me to that point. The salad days of shopping are over, folks.

I just feel like I indulged in a glutton of consumption as triggered by weight gain. At this point, I am covered for work and for sweat, well equiped with a span of sizes that I cycled throughout both pregnancies. Maybe I’ll get back to the point of being able to wear the stuff I curated post-first baby but if I do not, I will give myself grace. However, I know that it took me about two years to return to my previous form after each childbirth, and at this point I am only out less than a year.
The only thing stopping me from wearing what I already own in lieu of buying something new, is my size. The best part of landing on a personal style is that I already love everything in my closet and pending fitting into it, it all sparks joy.
