I Bought It / I Like It

I found four things in the past week that I really thought I would enjoy.

First, a definitely Europe scene-print shirtdress, reminiscent of another tunic style dress that I missed out on last year. Ultimately, I am glad that I skipped the tunic shape, in favor of a shirtdress, as it is much more appropriate for the office. This one I will not be wearing with the self-tie belt and I will possibly, probably, eventually bring to the tailor, as I erred on the larger size of a 14 long.

Second, a cotton poplin sleeveless turtleneck situation. It reminds me of something I would have worn during high school. Back then, I truly dressed as though I was heading to the office, such was the time and high school.

Lastly, I said yes to women’s Keith Haring print tee shirt. Shocker. I bought this in the largest size available in the tall size range.

I am returning this shirt. Despite trying it in a normally-roomy size 14 tall, my arms and shoulders just feel ridiculously tight in it. Whomp whomp.
