In a move surprising myself, I made it to the gym four times this week. Between my 9-to-5, my podcast, and my kids, the gym is not high up on my priorities.
My favorite gym day remains Sunday. I wake up early for a weekend, walk to the gym, enjoy an hour on either the elliptical machine or stationary bike, and spend enough time in the sauna with my phone to make my phone give me a hot temperature notification. After a shower and a change and a (free) coffee, my family then picks me up for a trip to Whole Foods for the week.
