A pair of denim, some restock of the bathroom shelf necessities, and a water bottle…
what I bought and kept

I initially ordered these in the low rise option because they were on sale and the high rise were not. I recalled Gap low rise was relatively still mid rise. However I found that my memory is that of a woman who was more comfortable with what was considered low rise because the woman in my current body just could not get on board with the jeans once they arrived. Back to the Gap those denim went and I anted up the delta between the low rise price and the high rise price in favor of the more conservative pick.
I landed on these jeans in a size 33 tall.
The weather has both of my sons’ little cheeks so chapped these days. I like to apply a little bit of Summer Fridays Jet Lag mask on each of those little cherub cheeks, but only after they fall asleep. When they bounce awake in the morning, their sweet faces are inevitably healed.
This time, I bought the full size tube and took the moment to also buy the travel set, you know, as a treat to mom!
As long as I was making a pick up order at Sephora, I decided to re-up on under eye patch masks. Glow Recipes was the best reviewed option, with literally hundreds of rating, and available at the nearest Sephora.
I would be remiss to say that the pickup experience at Sephora was flawless. I made the order online for same day pick up. Once we entered, I told the first Sephora team member that I encountered that I had a pick up order and she had it checked out and in my hands within five minutes.

After forgetting a water vessel for multiple, consecutive days and my youngest son breaking the cap on one of my favorite water bottles from Barry’s online store, I ordered a cup to live at my desk at my office. Loveshackfancy makes an ordinary water bottle…fancy. I love the print.
