I stuck to Barry’s workouts this week. It was my goal to wrap up the remaining of my eight (Philadelphia studio) classes this week, as I will be in DC next week and using my DC studio package. By the time I would return to Philadelphia, my monthly deadline for the Philadelphia classes would have nearly passed.
I added my Barry’s class goal to my weekly to-do list. Being able to check off an item – any item – gives me some kind of a rush of a good hormone.
