Lemons are showing up in a big way as a theme for the season. Even though they are not the typical primavera – that is Italian for spring – motif (hello florals), this is not the first time in recent memory seeing fruit splashed across staples.
Cue spring 2017. People were all about pineapples! Then it was avocados! Then it was cacti! Then it was birds! The latter few is not fruit or even produce, I know, but there were definitely whimsical themes.
