This lace caftan {available in several colors} is the gateway style to the La Vie Style House brand. I was skeptical whether it was going to work for my size and frame, especially once I noted smaller (than me) bloggers wearing the brand and looking fabulous. However, once I slipped on the caftan, there was no going back. La Vie Style House was officially my summer 2024 outfitter and since then, I procured several more styles.
As documented across the internet, the founders of La Vie Style House intended for the one size fits all line to fit all ladies, not just the small, not just the tall! The founders have differing body types but found mutual magic in the same caftan. With that, they chased the magic and managed to replicate it into the most magnificent line of caftans, wraps, and shirts.
I ran into exactly one pain point with La Vie Style House, as the mini length dresses were too short for me. Cut to my six year old asking me if he could upcycle any of my clothes.

A few days after I told Petit Garcon to stay away from my closet, I landed on the idea of chopping off a few inches of the guipere lace numbers from La Vie Style house. First, I took off fabric from my navy version and more recently this pink version and I love the way both of them turned out. No regrets.
