I vibed with the olive green skirt, more so than its black sister.
the banana republic factory store twill pencil midi skirt
I bought this skirt and its black sister at the same time that I bought the cropped utility pants in both of the same colorways. The crisp fall weather made it more intuitive to wear the pants, which I continued wearing into the spring and this past summer, if I was feeling swampass wouldn’t be an issue. With that I completely neglected the skirt.
I have been on the fence since ordering this skirt and the black counterpart around this time last year. I initially wore the black on a few weeks ago and was rather uncomfortable in it, specifically around my midsection. I hardly think I slimmed down in three weeks, so perhaps the skirt colorway of olive was more forgiving that the black, which I then wound up unzipping the top quarter of the side zipper and pulling my tee shirt over it for the entire workday.
I am wearing this skirt in a size 16 tall.
the gap organic cotton tee shirt
This is my go-to tee shirt after discovering it during the spring of 2025. I own multiples in black, gray heather, and white. They hold up exceptionally well and are frequently on promotion.
I am wearing this tee shirt in a size large tall.
