Something about vintage holiday commercials brings back feelings of nostalgia. As far as I am concerned, it just does not get better than those from the Gap Inc. brands: Gap and Old Navy. Nothing else takes me back to those few leisurely days of vacation, pre-Christmas. These iconic marketing spots graced breaks between holiday specials on television.
As I mentioned before on the blog, I could go down a total YouTube rabbit hole watching vintage Old Navy commercials. The ones from the 1990s and the turn of the century were the best. Though Carrie Donovan’s black and white spots and those featuring Magic were my favorites, there are more gems.
