Keith Haring Tee + A Duster

Turn up a Keith Haring graphic tee shirt and cutoffs with a silk kimono with fringe trim.

the calypso st. barths duster

This duster lived rent-free in my mind for months before I indulged. At the time, no less than eight years ago when this number was released, I did not have a ton of disposable income. I stalked that Calypso St. Barths duster like a bird of prey. I bookmarked it and observed sizes go in and out of stock. I spied for a promotion or a markdown, and eventually it went down to a price that fit into my budget before it sold out.

This duster is one hundred percent silk, no synthetic polyester here! The fringe is fun, although I have to handle it with kid gloves otherwise I would get caught on everything.

I am wearing it in a size small. With that, it obviously runs large.

the keith haring graphic gap tee shirt

Towards the end of our time in Kazakhstan and during the first half of our time back stateside, I stocked up on Keith Haring graphic tee shirts. In that time, both Gap and Abercrombie & Fitch licensed graphics from the artist’s estate to use on knits from unisex sweatshirts to children’s pajamas. Since then, all of the brands and all of the stores are producing Keith Haring product.

I am wearing this tee shirt in a unisex size large. I wash it on a delicate cycle but always dry it in the dryer. With that, it has broken into one of the softest knits I own.
