Every year around this time, I get particularly amped for the warm weather and the colorful clothes the seasons bring. Even though I historically – though not lately due to a messy infant- wear color throughout winter, I look forward to introducing seasonally specific appropriate colors once the temperatures rise. These colors are generally restricted to those of the pastel Easter egg hue and bright tropical drink hue varieties.
Amongst the latter shades is coral. Seemingly all at once, I saw a spring rollout of coral shade garments across several brands. With that, I added select items available in the tall size range to my currently coveting page.
Everything from cotton shaker knit sweaters to crisp cotton poplin midi skirts to Essie nail polish inspired me to incorporating the color into spring. Pair it with pale pink for a spring-specific combination or with turquoise (complimentary color, check that color wheel) for a summer-specific combination.
