This is the only rugby dress I have ever found available in tall sizing.

Rugby dresses do not come along often in tall lengths so when I clocked that this one was available in tall, I immediately ordered it.
There are no downsides to this dress. I love the white woven collar; as I tell petit garçon, a rugby is ideal for feeling cozy but still wearing a collared shirt. The burgundy, navy blue, and white stripe is perfect for fall. The length would be too short had the dress not been available in the tall size range.
And let’s be clear, there is a demand for the tall size range as the entire range tends to sell out, with petite and standard sizing remaining. I am wearing this dress in a size extra large tall. Admittedly, I should have gone to a size large tall but I was able to snag the dress in a large tall as well.
the j.crew lucite suede block heels
It has been a minute since I last broke these out; maybe as far back as Kazakhstan? This pair and I go back to 2016 but since they are suede, I never wear them when it rains. They are so good and so classic that the brand rereleased them with an updated croc stamped heel but also in an outlet version.
I love the version I have for the burgundy lucite heel. (Who would have ever thought that I would don a pair of shoes with lucite?) Since I procured them over ten years ago, I have worn them several times a month during autumn and into winter and even did so throughout the majority of my pregnancy, which makes these shoes an official closet staple.
