I know I must be sounding like a broken record on the blog but Banana Republic is so, so good right now. Despite no longer carrying outerwear and sweaters in tall, the retailer expanded tall size and long length (not the same thing, btw) to styles that are offered in more elevated fabric. Namely, cashmere, silk, leather, and suede.
Naturally, I ordered a ton. After a come to Jesus moment, I realized that wearing cashmere leggings and joggers around the Pamper Pirate would likely end in heartache. I did however keep the suede safari shorts suit.
Banana Republic just released a series of jumpsuits in 1) leather, 2) cotton, 3) silk, and 4) cotton with statement balloon sleeves. Not all of them appeal to me, but you know what is appealing? That they are all available in tall size range. The inseams are 1) 27.25 inches, 2) 27.5 inches, 3) 29 inches, and 4) 28 inches.
Eff me up silk jumpsuit.
